English Russia has posted an album of 100+ vintage photos that appeared in the Soviet magazine "SMENA" (Change) between 1955 and 1960 - immediately following Stalin's decades of terror.
Most photos are of optimistic times,
...but this one caught our eye for obvious reasons.
