No blocking. If a consumer requests access to a website or service, and the content is legal, your ISP should not be permitted to block it. That way, every player — not just those commercially affiliated with an ISP — gets a fair shot at your business.What if my "business" is to criticize and mock the dear leader and his ideology? What if I use my site to inform Americans of a contagious disease because the lazy government workers hired to protect us are on break? Is that legal?

Well, if its going to be considered a "Utility", regulated by the FCC, it will also be TAXED.

Aw shit, at first I thought it was just another crony deal for good old Uncle Sugar to give some sweet fiat bucks the telecom industry (although I'm sure there's some corporate welfare in there somewhere). Now this makes more sense, that communist rodent Jarrett said she was going to punish her enemies and this is likely part of the plan.
The damn Internet doesn't need saving....except from the assholes we call "government" and the illegal, unconstitutional Muslim in the West Wing masquerading as an American POTUS.
