What do we call it when it goes the other way?

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte will be meeting with Lame-Duck Obama this week.  He was asked how he would respond if Obama criticizes the incredible crackdown on drug dealers in his country that has led to over 2000 dealers dead in the streets - all with the Duterte's blessing:

I am a president of a sovereign state and we have long ceased to be a colony. I do not have any master except the Filipino people, nobody but nobody. You must be respectful. Do not just throw questions. Son of a bitch I will swear at you in that forum.

Who is he to confront me?

Or, in other words, "Mind your own business.  It is called sovereignty, bitches."

It took nearly eight years to see open, international hostility to our anti-civilization president, but it has been worth the wait.
