Supposedly it didn't go as planned.  Unless a one-minute flight time was the plan.

Somebody is about to have their daily 5 gram portion of food cut in half as the local rocket no fly long time.

Maybe their 3rd nuke test will go better for them - expected soon.

They need to rattle some serious sabers in order to feed their people soldiers.
